Presenting the pinnacle of our operational infrastructure, Jay Metal takes pride in its cutting-edge Foundry. Spanning an impressive 25670 square feet, this facility stands as a hub of innovation and precision, featuring five induction furnaces. With a remarkable monthly melting capacity of 850 tons, our Foundry serves as the backbone of our operations.

To enhance quality, it is crucial to regulate the temperature and RPM of the centrifugal die during the pouring of melted metal.

Within our infrastructure, we adhere to stringent practices for raw material inspection, ensuring meticulous monitoring of chemical composition to enhance the durability of liners for prolonged service life.

In our commitment to delivering superior quality liners, we employ a hardness tester to meticulously inspect the hardness of our products, ensuring that our customers receive liners of the highest quality.

An enhanced measuring approach is employed with our highly accurate Mitutoyo contracer, specifically designed for inspecting grooves, radii, and angles on liner surfaces, yielding precise results. Our mission is to consistently pursue high-quality standards.

We possess a world-leading, high-performance 2D height gauge for unmatched accuracy. Our superior height-measuring device, made by Mitutoyo, empowers us to produce top-quality cylinder liners and sleeves. With the aid of this advanced technology, we can precisely measure critical height parameters.

To swiftly and precisely ascertain the surface roughness of liners and sleeves at each stage of final machining, measure roughness at every final machining stage. This ensures optimal engine performance, smooth piston operation, increased power generation, and overall improved engine efficiency.

To ensure exceptionally accurate quality, we utilize a roundness tester manufactured by Mitutoyo. The tester features a highly precise turntable, facilitating easy and accurate centering and leveling of the workpiece. This addresses the crucial setup tasks involved in measuring roundness, cylindricity, straightness, circularity, concentricity, circular runout, total runout, and other GD&T parameters.

Jay Metal have a large 18,000 sq. ft. packing area with automatic ultra sonic cleaning machines and safe and organized storage area to deliver better experience.
